My goal as your trainer is to help you get the results YOU want! You are coming to me for my expertise, you need me to not only motivate you, but educate you. It is my job to teach you how your body works, so you can reach your goals and be completely self-sufficient by the end of the three months.
Here’s what I will expect from you!
Be Consistent - If you want to train with me, you must commit to having your butt in my studio either once or twice a week. No Excuses! If you choose to miss your session(s) during the 3 months, that is your choice. I will be at the studio ready to train you at our scheduled times. It is my job to hold you to your commitment to working out and not let you use things that come up in your life as an excuse to miss a workout and yes, I will charge you in full for any missed sessions.
Be Disiplined - I will expect you to make every effort to put the healthy eating habits I suggest to you into place. I will expect you to complete all the homework I assign you. If you are not ready to commit to being disiplined, then do not invest your money to train with me. I cannot get you results, unless you follow my guidance and direction.
Have Self-Confidence - I don’t care if you way 300 lbs or 90 lbs, from day 1 with me, you have to rock what you got! Everyone starts at point A and we work together to get to point Z! Are the workouts going to be challenging? Yes! Will you struggle? Will you have some soreness? Will you want to punch me sometimes? Yes! Yes! Yes! All you have to do is your best. All you have to do is trust me, listen to me, know that everything I say and do is in your best interest. The results will be awesome and your weight loss permenant!
Here’s how it works:
Step 1 - Get to know me! Contact the studio at 619-955-6190 and schedule a time to come in and see the studio and meet me. This first step only takes about 15 minutes. It’s very important to feel comfortable in the studio and with the equipment, before starting any exercise program. This visit allows you the chance to check me out and ask me questions in-person, about my programs, rates and cancellation/rescheduling policies.
Step 2 – Schedule your consultation session. This session lasts 1.5 hours and is a critical step towards a successful training program!
You can expect the following during this session:
- Health/Fitness/Injury review
- Posture Assessment
- Circumference and Skinfold measuring, 1st photos are taken
- Body Composition analysis and goal setting with BodyEvolver
- Learn activation series
Step 3 – Schedule and begin individual training sessions!
Personal Training Rates:
Single sessions
- $85 per session
- Cancellation policy applies
- Payment is due prior to session in the form of check or cash (If cash, bring exact change)
Gold Package -$1800
This package is for someone who is serious about getting into shape!
You’re commiting too:
- 3 consecutive months of training
- 2 sessions per week (both sessions must be completed each week, sessions are not allowed to be pushed into the next week)
- Completing all required homework
- Cancellation policy applies without exception
- Full payment for discounted package is due prior to session in the form of check or cash (If cash, bring exact change)
What you get for your investment:
- 1.5 hour consultation
- 24 Personal Training sessions
- Weekend Homework
- Nutrition Coaching
- Online access to BodyEvolver
- Results! Results! Results!
Silver Package -$1200
You’re commiting too:
- 3 consecutive months of training
- 1 session per week (Sessions must be completed each week, sessions are not allowed to be pushed into the next week)
- Completing all required homework
- Cancellation policy applies without exception
- Full payment for discounted package is due prior to session in the form of check or cash (If cash, bring exact change)
