At Sweat PTS, clients train using several pieces of unique exercise equipment, each hand picked to provide great results without injury.  Clients move through a progression of exercises that takes them from stable to semi-unstable to unstable surfaces. This progression provides a constant and unique challenge to the muscular and nervous systems, resulting in the need for the body to adapt, producing awesome results!

The CorePole

Sweat PTS is the only studio in San Diego utilizing “The Corepole”. Using bands of varying strengths and multiple attachment points I can work my client’s entire bodies. Band work is crucial to defining a sexy and sleek female back and is far more effective then working the back with weights.



The Helix…only at Sweat PTS!

The Helix engages all the muscles of the lower body, unlike the elliptical the motion of the Helix works the inner and outer thighs, delivering the kind of workout usually only seen with weight training. It’s the first cardio machine that also kicks your butt!




TRX – Suspension Training

The TRX is a great suspension training tool that utlizes body weight as the resistence. At Sweat PTS, clients build the strength and stability over time to eventually incorporate TRX exercises into their program.
