This class mixes elements of Boxing, Kickboxing and traditional strength training. It is appropriate for all Fitness levels and you do not need prior experience in Boxing or Kickboxing to attend. This class will focus on your legs, butt, core, shoulders and arms. You will burn a TON of calories in this class, all while adding lean muscle mass to your body.
"Little Black Dress (LBD)" - This class will tighten all the muscles you need to look great in a Little Black Dress.
"The Troublespot" - The series of exercises you will complete in this class will be based on whoever is attending that day. Just prior to beginning the session I will access the group and design the series of exercises to hit everyone's troublespot area's.
