The Key to Weight Loss is CONSISTENCY!

At Sweat PTS, I encourage all of my clients to train with me up two times a week.  I’ve found that clients are very good about attending their training sessions and working very hard while they are with me.  But, there’s 7 days in a week and it’s very important that client’s are working out consistently, 5-6 days of the week.  These workouts need to be a mixture of Cardio, Strength and Flexibility training.

The issue is most people just don’t know what to do when they are on their own.  To fix this problem, I searched far and wide for the best online tool I could use to provide my clients with a training program that is comprehensive, easily accessed and affordable!
